How to delete your account

In the current AeonAI iOS app, branded in-app as ‘Aeon,’ users can open Settings from Chat by long-pressing the Aeon button and tapping the gear icon.

Delete account path

1. Open Chat

2. Long-press the Aeon button

3. Tap the gear icon

4. Open Settings

5. Open Account

6. Tap Delete Account

Clear chat history path

1. Open Chat

2. Long-press the Aeon button

3. Tap the gear icon

4. Open Settings

5. Tap Clear All Chat History

In the AeonAI iOS app, deleting your account is different from clearing chat history. Account deletion is intended to remove your account and associated app data, although some limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or abuse review.
