Engine AI Labs LLC (“Engine AI Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI- powered software and services, including Aeon. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our websites and products.

- Account & Contact Information: name, email address, and any messages sent to support.
- Usage Information: app interactions, device and diagnostics data, and performance analytics.
- Content You Provide: prompts, messages, and settings used in our apps (processed to operate and improve features).
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: used for essential functionality, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Aeon Data & Privacy
Aeon stores recent AI conversations—including text chats, direct messages, and short transcripts of voice interactions—to operate the product and keep it safe. These messages are stored locally on your device, and a small number of recent messages may be kept on our servers for a limited time for functionality and safety review.
Audio from Voice Mode is processed in real time and is not stored as audio. The retention period for transcripts depends on your subscription plan (for example, Free accounts may clear history after around 24 hours, while paid plans may retain data longer for continuity).
You can delete your history at any time in the app by selecting “Clear All Chat History.”
How We Use Information

When We Share Information
